Stay Away!!!
Tuesday, September 4th, 2007I visited BGB( Borneo Global Backepackers),Kota Kinabalu Sabah on 9/8/07, with 18 of my friends. The hotel owner(Malcom) arrange the activities for us. He ask us to pay for the water rafting(RM140) and hot spring fee(RM110) which is total RM 250 per person. We told him that we may not want to go for the hot spring,but he insist us to pay first, and claimed that he will return the RM110 to us if we not going for the hot spring.At the end,we didnt go for the hot spring,and Malcom had issued a cheque to refund the fee.After we left KK, BGB’s account manager,MR Alan, claimed that they will not pay us the fee and will deduct some entrance fee and meal charges for 19 of us for the hot spring. But we have not go for the hot spring at all, and the cheque they issued is the amount Malcom agree to refund us.Now they send their account manager to reject the refund to us.Hence,we felt cheated for this case, please help us to do something on this. We are the consumer which became the victim on this case.Hope this case will be ended and give 19 of us a fair result. Please pass this around and don’t let your friend or family be the victim of this after us!!!
